Start with the storage location

The MUJI file box can be considered for packaged supplies on a shelf, provided its dimensions and opening direction fit. The tower cart is a separate option for a floor gap with space for rolling access.

Do not decide by the narrowest dimension alone. The box needs room above or in front of it; the cart needs room for its full body and movement. Check surrounding doors and any appliance clearances.

Separate frequent use from reserves

Group everyday kitchen accessories separately from reserve stock. This can reduce the number of containers that need to be moved during a routine task. Plan access while imagining that one hand is already occupied.

The cart load limit is 3 kg per shelf. We have not performed a loading or stability test, so this guide cannot guarantee that a particular arrangement will remain stable. Check actual weights and the manufacturer instructions.

Keep storage distinct from preservation

Organizing unopened packages is different from preserving unpackaged food. A general storage product does not automatically have approval for direct food contact, liquids or refrigerator conditions. Verify the intended use.

Try one area before buying several boxes or carts. Include the cost of delivery, cleaning access and the space needed to remove the product. Existing storage may already meet the need after sorting the contents.
